“CROOKS” BY ‘ELECTRIC HIGH’ GIVES US A HIGH-VOLTAGE TALE OF DECEPTION AND ROCK ENERGY

Well I’ve got Electric High, the Norwegian alternative rock band, who have delivered a high-voltage track titled “Crooks for us to rock in some energy and nack of all those worries. ” The song comes in with a distinctive combination of percussive harmonica, marching footsteps, and humming vocals, setting the stage for an electrifying musical journey like no other. Haha I can see you’re already nodding your head and stamping your feet as the full band kicks in, well the energy surges with powerful guitar riffs, an amazing bassline and an insane drumbeat whew.
The song tells us a true story that took place in Vilnius, Lithuania. When The band’s bass player, Einride Torvik, found himself in a late-night argument with a Russian not knowing what the night had to offer him. You know this happens occasionally right, it’s like meeting a random lady and end up falling in love after a hot argument. As the story goes on they eventually made amends and spent the evening together,now wait however, their newfound friendship took an unexpected turn when Russian police intervened, leading to Einride’s arrest omg I didn’t expect that, what a twist. He was accused of involvement with the Russian mafia, as his acquaintance was under surveillance due to the alleged mafia connections.
Einride’s experience of being arrested, losing his belongings and finding out that his Russian friend had stolen the key to his apartment makes the core of this song. “Crooks” is a musical representation of this story, warning listeners about the unexpected twists and turns life can take.
The band which is led by two lead singers. Even though the members have different backgrounds, having played in bands like Sahg, Faith Circus, and Emmerhoff & The Melancholy Babies it makes “Crooks” even more exceptional and just tells us it’s just the beginning, as Electric High has a series of rock songs lined up for release in 2023 and beyond. The track stands as the debut release on Apollon Records.
