I don’t know you guys morning routines, but I think we all can agree most people starts their morning with a loud alarm clock, two strong cups of coffee, and five full minutes of panicking about being late for work. Then you hear the vocals, thanking God for another day, showing Christians and listeners to always start their day with a word of prayer. Then it goes on to ask for patience, guidance and even when the day is bad, his strength comes from the lord as he tells him to rise up and keep going. It’s a song that’s very uplifting, urges you to always ask for daily wisdom, let go of past mistakes, and choosing to love people unconditionally every single day. Now that’s a great mood setter for the rest of the record.
“Say What I Feel” steps up the rhythm with a clean, contemporary pop arrangement. You get beautiful acoustic strings starting the track, with warm basslines and crisp percussion driving the groove forward, giving the song an bright, open feel. I love the vocal pitch here, it’s really calm and also piercing, you can feel the emotional weight in it, allowing the lyrics to be heard and reflected upon. The track centers on radical honesty in relationships, urging people to speak their true feelings instead of keeping emotional walls up. This is many relationships these days, many feel if they are true with their feelings, or keep telling their feelings, they will be taken for granted or seem desperate but you never know how much hurt it’s also hurting your partner by keeping things to yourself. You leave them thinking everyday if they loving you right or not.
“Even If I Forget” takes things much slower, it’s like that sweet ballad you sing every morning reminding your partner that even if you forget to do some material stuffs for them, they should always know they are the ones your heart belongs to. Though actions speaks louder, but knowing someone loves you wholeheartedly is a whole different feel. This song centres on acoustic setup, where the production keeps things spacious, allowing the vocal lines lead with clarity. It touches on human weakness and memory, serving as a reminder that love and grace remain steady even when we get distracted or lose our way.
“Because I Said So” brings a firmer, more confident energy to the record that I love Soo much. I like how the track mixes mid-tempo pop rock elements with solid drum work and steady bass. It’s a track that tackles boundary-setting, standing firm on personal principles, and trusting wise counsel even when it feels hard to hear. This is a foundation I think many has lost, they don’t listen to advise, neither do they even go for wise counsel as they believe they always right in whatever they do and it’s quite killing a lot of potentials and families, yes stand by your principles and believes, but sometimes you need to see through things from people’s perspectives as well.
On “Te Voy a Tirar La Chancleta“, this bilingual track injects pure fun and humor into the middle of the album. You get that Latin upbeat grooves, beats, percussion, fast-strummed rhythm guitars, and playful horn lines that’s very infectious and just makes it totally impossible to sit still. I love how the song lightens the mood, using a famous Latin family joke about the dreaded flying slipper to celebrate culture, family life, and shared laughter. “Show Me The Way” comes in and says, hey, take it easy, take a moment and reflect. It’s quiet, meditative and changes the mood. You have soft keyboard pads combining with subtle acoustic guitar work to build a peaceful background. The track acts as a humble request for guidance, light, and direction when navigating difficult life choices.
“More Than You Know” leans into classic romantic ballad territory, with how it features sweeping melodic keys and a warm rhythm section. The song speaks directly to deeply caring for someone and trying to express a level of love that words usually fail to capture fully. It’s like asking how can I say how much this person means to me to them when you can’t even find the words for it. So I ask, how do you express that feeling? We then go back to our Latin upbeats with “Mas De Lo Que Tu Crees (Pop)“. Now this track I think takes the romantic theme from the previous track and translates it into a lively Spanish pop arrangement. Strummed guitars and a modern pop kick drum give the track a sunny, radio-friendly bounce. The lyrics reassure a partner that they are cherished far more than they realize.
The same track “Mas De Lo Que Tu Crees (Bachata)” closes the album with ERICKOSCAR flipping the previous track into a full bachata arrangement. You’ve got traditional guitar fingerpicking, bongos, and the classic güira scraper giving the song a rich, danceable rhythm. It wraps up the record on a joyful, high-energy note, proving that no matter how deep, emotional the lyrics may be, you can still dance through it.
