AMNESIAK UNLEASHES DARKNESS WITH “HARM’S WAY” COUPLED WITH CINEMATIC HORROR

Whoosh whoosh whoosh are you ready to embark on a journey into the dark world of chilling sounds coupled with some nightmares from Amnesiak, a band taking the rock scenes by their dark new single “Harm’s Way”. Well that’s not just it, guess what it comes with a music video that adds all the experience one could have on such a song.
The music video which was directed by Kassandra Powel who was nominated for the best director awards in the UK, captures the essence of the song really well. The video is something worth the hype it has gained since its introduction, the haunting scenes it projects makes the listener or viewer feels part of the those terror and story in the video. I just say it’s more than a movie and this video can be the best horror like movie you’ve watched. The video has fascinating scenes that draws you and gets you glued to it till the very end. It’s a must watch, cos I can’t get enough words to describe how good of song and video it is. Man sh** is crazy and loved the experience.
Oh wait you don’t know Amnesiak? Whew after all the waves they’ve been making? Haha don’t worry I got ya, the lockdown really did us good when it comes to the music world and that was when Amnesiak led by Grace Wilson and Francesco Fonte was founded. They really brought some new vibes and energy with their dark chilly alternative rock debut single dubbed “Worms of The Mind” which also a self titled EP and since then have taken the rock world by storm. Amnesiak’s is all about telling dark and horror stories through their music and man it’s one of the best projects I have listened to this week. Man lemme give you a glimpse of their EP here, featuring the emotional torment from “Worms Of The Mind” to the historical horror of “Elizabeth’s Pleasure” and the chilling reality of “Morbid Bride.” The beautiful story telling comes to a halt with “Harm’s Way”.
Lemme glide you through “Harm’s Way”, a song that talks about how someone stalked a woman and ended up killing her. We all walk by everyday not knowing who is stalking us, who monitors our movement, who is planning and plotting against us. It’s a crazy world out there, and we don’t know when we all may meet our Harm’s Way. No one should be abused sexually irrespective of their choices, it’s something no one should ever experience, but do we know who is stalking us? Waiting to devour us?
The lyrics clearly talks about how the helpless prey was captured and devoured. Man the track’s soo emotional and the storytelling is epic. The energy that comes with the guitar from the begining of the song gives you that crazy ride feel, then as the song progresses you get treated with a mid to slow tempo then sh** takes a wild turn to those high rock tempo again..oh my goodness an experience that y’all should get. So go give Harm’s Way a listen, it might be what you’re missing.
