This song comes in as result of nearly two years of good teamwork, dedication and creative brilliance. Suzie and Ben, who are married and have been musicians for over 2 decades are ready to submit several of the project’s five songs for the Best Arrangement and Vocals category at the 2024 Grammy Awards.
The song “Free,” talks about the importance of self-discovery and being free, your liberty. The lyrics talks about encouragement, the to do power and identifying yourself and believing in your self to take on the journey and battle your way to freedom. You don’t have to be the punchlines to jokes, you don’t have to be the centre of mockery and be the one that everyone looks down on. It’s a journey of Suzie and Ben, living the RV life for the past seven years, and wants us to experience the emotional depth and happiness that comes with your liberations.
It’s a beautiful song that the duo has crafted from the depths of their heart for us listeners to enjoy this collaboration with the Side Project, Andrew Josly and Northwest Sinfonia Orchestra. Their passion and talent is evident in this song and wow, the vocals are something to behold. Man the best part of the song is the orchestra, sweet jesus it’s sounds soo f**king good and man I can’t stop listening. The delivery of the track is top notch and makes it a solid 10/10 project.
