“YOUR ANGEL” BY RICHARD GREEN: A SOUL-STIRRING CLASSICAL MASTERPIECE

I always say artist that are able to craft music without any lyrics and it being able to strike your soul, make you ponder and resonate deeply with it are the deal. Because the ability to be able to put human emotions on strings, pianos, cellos, and every instrument of music is just beyond normality. So when you chance on such gems, make sure you devour it completely. When a song lets you connect to it, speak to you and let’s those memories out again, then you know that song is indeed a masterpiece and this song titled “Your Angel,” by Richard Green from the album “The Circle Closes,” is one of such songs. It’s a beautiful composition that goes on to demonstrate a beautiful collaboration between composer Richard Green, pianist Irene Veneziano, and the Archimia strings quartet. The song which was Recorded at Studio Elfo, infuses classical and contemporary elements to create a resonating deep emotional sound that gives off vibes of Giovanni Allevi’s style. Such creativity is what a lot of these artists miss, and trust me, they didn’t on this one.
Now this song Your Angel is one hell of a composition. The moment the play button is released, you’re met with this piano and strings notes, that begins to move through your veins, then as the song goes on, you realize how those strings are risch, crisp and polished, then the song begins to take over your body and you begin to move to it direction as your emotions gets filled with moments of that angel. What Irene did on those pianos is captivating, which was then complemented by the Archimia strings quartet. Man, the way each instrument synced and created this rich beautiful emotive sound is soo intriguing. From the beging of the song, you’re met with emotional notes that are of sad tones and makes you wanna tear up like that ball which wss made to celebrate a prominent person you’ve lost, then as the song progresses, it transitions into tones of hope and believe. Giving you the energy that even if your angel is no more, they continue to guide you and therefore you feel them around you in you. Like you’ve got now worries, they are in a good place, so worry less and move on, their memories will be what’s left of them and they will guide you. The song is just beautiful, amazingly crafted to pierce the heart of the stone-hearted, and make them ponder, reflect and decipher on what to do. That’s what this composition puts you in, it breaks, mould and makes you. Then as the song ends, you realize all is not lost if your angel is always around but just not physically with you. Such a marvelous creativity, with brilliant production to let every instrument shine.
Well that’s just one track from the EP, so imagine the rest of the songs. “Your Angel” really stands out, with its introspective nature, fond moments and its ability to carve through you, I say this is a 10/10 project. Richard Green and the guys did amazingly on this one and that why you shouldn’t miss it for anything. The creativity is top notch and man, and I love the way the song just gives you a triumph note at the end, telling you that even if all is lost in the begining, all can’t be lost in the end and if that happens then it up to you. It’s a spirit filled composition that will leave you wanting for more. So why don’t you go ahead and give this song “Your Angel” a listen and enjoy some good neoclassical music. ENJOY!!
