Guyver7x3 “Slowly Ready”: A Powerful Reminder That It’s Okay to Take Your Time

There’s this feeling that pops up and you can’t help but feel alone. Sometimes you look around within your circle or society and it’s like everyone around you has their whole life mapped out while you are still standing there, holding a map upside down and trying to figure out your next move. Crazy right, take a good look at social media, it makes it look like everybody is winning marathons every single day, and creates this annoying pressure to have all the answers right now.

Independent artist Guyver7x3 explores that daily anxiety on the new single, “Slowly Ready”. The track blends smooth R&B textures, quiet electronic pulses, and cinematic pop ideas, which in fact creates this warm, reflective space for anyone who feels a little behind in life. What hits you first about “Slowly Ready” is how patient and unhurried the production feels. It doesn’t come in crashing with loud beats or flashy studio tricks, the track starts with a soft, moody synth chords that drift slowly through the air. Creating an atmosphere that emulates the song’s themes. I love how those deep, gentle bassline rolls underneath, giving the song a steady pulse that feels almost like a quiet heartbeat.

As the song progresses and builds up, you get crisp electronic drum taps and subtle percussion layers entering the mix and gives the track a very good feel without overwhelming the vocals. It’s got this late-night feel that pulls you in and it’s really brilliant. “Slowly Ready” isn’t just a song, it’s a powerful one that explores themes of personal growth and self-acceptance. It’s an anthem, it’s a push, it’s an energy that focuses on that awkward middle stage of life when you are no longer where you used to be, but you’ve not quite arrived at your destination yet.

It does not brag about big success or fake confidence. Instead, it offers comfort in the quiet victories of daily progress. It doesn’t shout, neither does it ask you to blow your horns when you practically know you ain’t there yet. It says, the fact that you’re moving slowly doesn’t mean you ain’t moving, yes you’re slow but also you’re ready for whatever that’s to come. It tells you to take your time, and that it’s completely fine, you don’t need to rush to the top, you might actually miss a lot rushing up there and you actually don’t need to have everything figured out today to be worthy of respect.

Society is stifling a lot of young people today because of fake expectations that they themselves couldn’t probably reach, making us feel as though we ain’t doing sh!t. So I’ve got to say Guyver7x3 has crafted a deeply relatable, beautiful single that offers a breath of fresh air in a noisy world. It’s a great track needed when you want to do some introspection or just take a chill pill at night to reflect on things. So go ahead and give it a listen and don’t let those fake social media stuffs get you sad about yo self.
