Kelsie Kimberlin “Everything’s Better” – Empowering Pop Anthem of Female Resilience & Confidence

Life can be crazy and thus sometimes we experience things that breaks us and wants to end us. Have you ever felt like you are surrounded by unnecessary drama? I mean we all kind of dealt with mean people who try to drag us down or put us in a box we ain’t even meant to fit in. Even though we are surrounded by them and no matter how much they make life a living hell, we don’t have to go down their route. And when such things happens, you don’t need a sad ballad to cry to. All you need is that absolute banger of a track that makes you feel like a total boss.

So if you’re looking to add some serious confidence to your daily routine, then this new single from popular American-Ukrainian singer-songwriter Kelsie Kimberlin is what you need. She called this one “Everything’s Better“, and that track is the exact empowering track any female or anybody could want. When we talk about Kelsie Kimberlin, she ain’t your average pop star. The 26-year-old artist has been living and breathing music since she was a little kid.

She recorded her first song at age eight for Yoko Ono’s Peace Project, won a prize, and immediately spent every single penny of it on music lessons. That’s some dedication right there from childhood, and since then, has spent thousands of hours in the studio, racking up tens of millions of views and streams worldwide. She works with absolute giants in the industry, including multi-Grammy winners who have engineered and mastered tracks for legends like Taylor Swift, Adele, and Eminem.

Well recently much of her works has focused on heavy, serious themes regarding her heritage, but this song “Everything’s Better” marks a triumphant return to her infectious pop roots. You know to every successful artist out there with great music, there’s always producers behind them that makes their music shine. So Kelsie collaborated with producers across three continents, including Pedro Vengoechea in Colombia and Vasyl Tkach in Czechia. The track was then mixed by Grammy nominee Brent Kolotalo and mastered by Grammy winner Joe LaPorta. I must say it, but they did a hella job here, the song comes out as a crisp, world-class pop production that hits you right in the chest from the moment the play button is released.

Oh did I keep you waiting for longer? Well this track “Everything’s Better” is a high-energy driving pop song that really has this swagger energy and pure attitude. I really like the way it brings in this punchy, danceable rhythm, and those massive vocal performance from Kelsie just oozes confidence. Not many are able to craft music this way especially when you consider what’s happening around the world and especially in Ukraine. But the lyrics are incredibly relatable, centering on the idea of running circles around a petty person who tried to mess with her, only for them to realize too late how pathetic they look. Don’t we all want it that way? That people realizing how terrible they are to you and actually feeling the pain of everything they are.

The track is all about female empowerment, self-worth, and resilience. It’s a reminder that you do not have to sink to the level of toxic people. Instead, you can rise above the nonsense, maintain your dignity, and actually have a good time doing it. And that’s very true, if all people can be this way, maybe the world would be a much better place. When someone wants to get themselves dirty around you, you don’t in the mud with them, instead you be the better person and climb above them, while they see the beauty in being clean and resilient.

The song has a music video behind it which adds an even deeper layer of meaning to the song’s theme. The video was directed by brilliant Ukrainian filmmaker Pavlo Khomiuk and filmed right on the ground in Kyiv during a week of intense missile and drone attacks. In fact, a drone actually damaged a nearby courtyard shortly after the shoot. But in it all, it’s telling us that no matter how hard the situation may be, or how bad things may look, don’t give up, keep going and just know that everything will be better, for if you don’t put in the work, who’s going to? So whether you are fighting for your personal boundaries or fighting for your country, the message is still the same, you have the inner power to stand up for your rights and don’t let anything pull you down.

Well Everything’s Better is that track to blast when you are getting ready for a night out, hitting the gym, or when you just need a reminder that you are completely unstoppable and thus you don’t need people’s approval to do what you wanna do. And more over go on and live your life and don’t mind the naysayers, see them as just some noise, strive to achieve whatever you wanna achieve and put in the work. “Everything’s Better” is live and streaming right across all major music platforms. So go ahead and give it a listen and feel empowered!
